AAEE Learning Circle: How to AJEE! Using and publishing research for our community.

4:30-5:30pm AEST/ 2:30-3:30pm AWST via Zoom

The Australian Journal of Environmental Education (also known as AJEE) is AAEE's flagship journal, showcasing best practice and the latest research in the wide field of environmental education.
In this Learning Circle we will consider how to access AJEE, how to search for manuscripts that interest and are relevant to you, how to read manuscripts easily, and how to apply the ideas in your practice. We will also address questions about how to get published in AJEE.
Facilitator: AJEE Editor Peta White.
Peta White is an Associate Professor in science and environmental education at Deakin University. She has educated in classrooms, coordinated programs, supported curriculum reform, and prepared teachers in several jurisdictions across Canada and Australia. Her PhD explored learning to live sustainably as a platform to educate future teachers. Peta’s current research follows three narratives: science and biology education; sustainability, environmental, and climate change education; and collaborative/activist methodology and research. She is the current Editor-In-Chief of the Australian Journal of Environmental Education (AJEE).
